How long does the entire process take?
From consultation to move-in, the entire process typically takes 8-14 weeks, depending on model complexity and site conditions.
Can I customize the interior layout?
Yes. All models support layout customization including room division, kitchen placement, bathroom configuration, and storage solutions.
What foundation is required?
Our modular homes can be placed on concrete slab foundations, pier foundations, or strip foundations. We provide detailed specifications after site assessment.
Are utilities included?
Homes come pre-wired for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Connection to site utilities is included in installation, but utility hookup fees may apply.
What is the warranty coverage?
We provide a 10-year structural warranty, 5-year waterproofing warranty, and 2-year appliance/finish warranty. Extended coverage is available.
